  Food was fantastic, staff (I didn’t get the names but two young ladies around 8:46pm 4/18/2026) was incredibly polite and quick. Gave us different types of sauces so we could try them all as well, and even added a safety tape strip to our drinks so we wouldn’t spill.

  Time and time again this Taco Bell disappoints. Today was the last straw after yet another terrible experience. Trust me when I tell you, I don't ever take my time to write reviews on anything, let alone fast food experiences, but others should be warned and not waste their money here. I have ordered here many times because I love Taco Bell (or at least I used to) and it's always hit or miss on the quality. Unfortunately it's mostly misses with low quality, barely warm food. I specifically have to go out of my way to ask for special requests like "can you please add some nacho cheese to my **CHEESY** bean and rice burrito this time" or it assuredly will be terrible. Today I did the same and even after asking to make sure they did this (since last time there was almost none whatsoever...not exaggerating in the slightest) and surprise surprise they failed again and gave me almost none, so I was left with bean and rice burritos with droplets of cheese. On top of that, my brother got some soft tacos and they were what he described as inedible, cold garbage. You lost a regular customer today.
