  I have had 4 terrible experiences with the Fort Erie location. 1. Ordered through a delivery service and food never came. The closed and didn't notify the customer 2. Ordered through the app and food took an hour 3. Ordered through the app and received notification that it was ready. When I went to pick it up they hadn't even started the ordered. It was a small order and took another 25 minutes while I waited for it. There were 2 other customers that had been waiting for 30+ minutes. They were literally sweeping the floor before they put down the order. Will only do one order at a time. 4. I ordered Chicken tenders through the app. I went to pick up up 30 minutes later and they told me that they didn't have any because they sell out; Apparently, they run out of food quite frequently . I now have to wait another 4 to 5 days to be refunded. This site is run terribly. I've never seen anything like it.

  Their KFC sucks so my lunch hour order popcorn chicken and it was cold and spongy. When I went through the drive-thru to complain the guy that drive-thru informed me that they cook their chicken up to 45 minutes before you need to throw it out. As a paying customer I expect hot fresh food what a disappointment

  There is never chicken at this place. Why keep it open? I am done with this place.

  Everytime I go here, they keep telling me that it's very busy so they ran out of chicken. Their whole business is run on chicken and they don't have what their business is known for.

  I have been to this location about 15 times over last four years. It's convenient when I am going through Ft Erie and it's around lunch time. It lines up from time to time and I actually want KFC. Today I stopped in around 11:15 am-11:20am A couple people eating. Another man was waiting for a fork.....It was a significant period of time before someone made an appearance. I said we were waiting for a while He didn't say sorry or ANYTHING. NOTHING I said I can't order and walked out..... It's not the first time I have witnessed this but I do know it's my LAST TIME!!!
