- PRPietro R5 days ago1.0Poor customer service drive thru today I ordered my meal with the Mountain Dew Baja blast,, drinks were horrible tasted like club soda,, I went back thru drive thru tried to tell the lady they tasted horrible and she refused to listen., so I yelled at her this is not supposed to taste like this she responded that’s how they are supposed to taste, I just wanted new drinks she said no and I drove off. If my meals are going to cost $15-$20 I should be able to enjoy a refreshing drink. I threw the drinks out in garbage ate my meal and drove away. The staff here need to be retrained for customer service and respect.

Bas9c items like tacos and burritos are fine, the new chicken cantina thing tastes bad. Cinnaballs weren't coated in cinnamon sugar like they're supposed to be. Baha blast tasted good, but I think they mixed some pop, definitely didn't taste like baha. I gave 4 stars because I think they did their best with what corporate is giving them. Most of the time, I'm happy with the meal.
