  Mcdonalds forgot they are a fast food place not an actual resturant. A&w is cheaper and has bigger meals especially thier breakfast. So sad that the prices they are charging people they can go to an actual restaurant and have a proper meal.

  I purchased a burger through the drive-thru and it's raw. Hot slimy and pink in the middle.

  I ordered DoorDash and got a six piece nugget meal for 6 year old daughter. There was a HAIR in the chicken nugget. I called McDonald’s they told me that it was a DoorDash problem but that can’t make sense if it was in six year old daughter’s chicken nugget. She found it as she bit into it.

  I ordered an XL Orange Pekoe tea, triple triple, but was given just hot water with a tea bag. No milk, no sugar—nothing close to what I ordered. For such a simple order, this was very disappointing. Please pay more attention to customer orders and service quality.

  Horrible Horrible Horrible! I've used drive thru approximately 6 times in the past two months for various meals at various times of the day and have YET to get what I ordered each and every time! However, what I have received each and every time is sloppy, cold, dry, or in the case of breakfast burritos, hardly anything inside the mostly improperly wrapped tortilla. Basically just like eating a plain folded tortilla. Burgers have been dry and buns hardened from being kept in the food warmer way over McDonald's standards of allotted time to keep food. Food is thrown together, I've never received an order with a closed bag, not even an attempt to fold it closed. When I finally open my order, for example, Burgers thrown together and sloppy and fries wilted, greasy and freezing cold. I've thrown away so much food from this McDonald's because its inedible and not worth driving back to listen to some lame excuse regarding the poor quality and lack of quality control measures the management should adhere to. It's very sad the average is so consistently poor, that out of 6-8 visits in a short 2 months, their quality is consistently sub par. Don't bother requesting a special order, you won't get it. Ever Probably never return given their constant errors taking and delivering orders and Horrible quality of food. My dog seems to enjoy it though.
