  How does a kfc run out of chicken?! I miss the times when normal people worked at kfc. Never had these issues before

  They were 40mins late making the food. When I came in at the time of pick up. No one was in the kitchen and the one lady was on her cell. This place has the worst customer service. I hope this place goes under. I know these reviews dont help improve things but I hope it helps people to pick another place to eat.

  I’ve given this KFC multiple chances, but I’m officially done. The food here is a total hit or miss depending on the day; when it actually arrives, it’s often way too salty to even enjoy. My latest experience was the final straw. I placed an order on the website, watched the tracker tell me it was arriving, and then, right before the delivery time, they suddenly claimed they couldn’t make it. I had to call twice just to get anyone to pick up the phone. Their customer service sucks, and now I’m stuck waiting for an "alleged" refund email. Update I am beyond disgusted with the service at this KFC. I placed an order on Sunday, February 15th, only to have it canceled without my knowledge or consent. No email, no notification, and—most importantly—NO REFUND. It is now Thursday, February 20th, and I am still fighting to get my own money back for food I never received. I have: • Called the store multiple times. • Gone into the location in person multiple times. • Spoken to several different employees and managers. Every single time, I’m told to "leave my email and phone number," and every single time, I am ignored. They claimed they couldn’t make the order, yet they had no problem taking the payment and keeping it. This isn't just a "mistake" anymore; at this point, it feels like theft. The lack of communication and basic professional decency is staggering. If you value your time and your hard-earned money, stay far away from this location. They clearly do not care about their customers once they have your cash in their system. I want my refund immediately.

  Worse KFC I've been to in my life. Ive been to over 100+ in my lifetime and never have I waited this long for my food. Not even sit down restaurants take this long!! Never coming back here again.

  This KFC generally is empty, you will sometimes see an employee or two sitting outside under a tree smoking, if it’s open at all. I came here the other night to order the new matty special. Drive through was “closed and not working” ok go inside, it was a 15 minute wait just to place an order, and then another 25 minutes for the chicken to cook. Should have checked the bag prior to leaving because of course they forgot a huge order of poutine, ($10 + mind you just for that) I will definitely not order at this location again, and hope Fort Erie gets some better dining options other than pizza chains.
