  I door dashed my meal from this store because both my fiance and I are sick. We got our order and I was missing gravy for my chicken poutine. I called the store and a lady answered so I explained the situation. She said the gravy was in the bag cause she put it in there. So I again explained it wasn’t. She then said there was nothing they could do and to put a refund through DoorDash. So I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and all of a sudden another guy comes on the phone super apologetic. He said to go through door dash and say I never received the item and re order it and that he would put in some apple pies for the trouble. Well after an hour of waiting for food I finally get it. And no apple pies like he promised. I’m not surprised. What a waste of time. Won’t be going here again. I wish there was a zero star rating for this store.

  First off manager was great there. I'm a fan of having Harvey's at a Swiss chalet store but not so much of a Swiss chalet at a Harvey's store. Although the fries were pretty good. I like my Swiss to be a bit higher end than fast food.

  Ordered chicken wings about 2 weeks ago and got horrible food poisoning from them. Please make sure the food is thoroughly cooked before a costumer gets it. Won’t be eating from this location anymore.

  Our dinner tonight was such a disappointment. My husband came to the drive thru ordered. 1/4 chicken white meat with loaded baked potato & double leg with loaded baked potato. Got it home to find the meal that should have had white meat was this little dried out leg. The same with the double leg. Must have sat there since lunch. Old underbaked potato with very little cheese & barely enough sour cream to cover one side. No butter for the bun. Its always been my favorite chicken spot but not the 1st time our order has been wrong. Definitely need to be better. Won't be back for a long time.
