  Had a really great experience here! The customer service truly stood out. My child really wanted a specific Happy Meal toy, and even though it wasn’t available at the time, the staff went out of their way to track it down and make it happen. That kind of effort is rare and very much appreciated. The food was fresh and satisfying, and the overall ambience was clean and comfortable. There’s also plenty of parking, which makes the visit even more convenient. Small gesture from the staff, but it made a big difference—left us very happy. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

  The music in the bathroom was far too loud. I couldn't hear myself think...the manager was clearing in house orders before we were even served...which left the employee who was trying to clear out the people waiting inside, confused because there was no order number to work with

  Terrible experience this morning. Had to repeat every part of my order due to the language barrier. The language barrier was clearly getting both of us frustrated as he started cutting me off/ trying to talk over me as I was still trying to order. I got my order, pulled out, and realized they didn't put a straw in the bag. Turned around and pulled back up to the window. He made direct eye contact, paused for a second, turned around and walked away. Never came back. I caught another employees attention in the kitchen who also turned around and continued to ignore me sitting there. I ended up getting out of my truck, opening the window myself and getting my own straw. Then went to eat my mcmuffin and it was the totally wrong sandwich. Idk if you guys are trying to piss off your customers but if you are, it's working.
