  WOW, put an order in tonight about 2-2.5 hours ago and had it delivered. WELL GUYS SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE…. Put an order in it was delivered opened it and the order I’m guessing was for someone else… ok mistakes happen so I call the store to try and fix the situation as I live in belwood and paid for delivery already so if they offered a new order sent out ok or if they were too busy some what of a credit or something, at this point even an apology and we will try better on the next one I would have accepted cause I was tired and could have just skipped dinner at this point and headed to bed.. (understand the weather with a small cold hence ordering dinner in). When I called the store the girl who answered spent the first 7 mins giggling with a co worker at something that I guess was pretty funny, maybe she didn’t realize the phone was answered. Once she finally answered she said the call was fuzzy and couldn’t hear me… after a minute of that the phone seemed to work fine, I didn’t have trouble at all with the call I personally think it was a cover up for noticing the 7 mins that I had spent listening to the giggling of her and a co worker while I sat on the line to get someone attention I pressed a key on the phone and I guess they realized hey you did answer the call that came in 7-8 mins ago… anyways past that now she told me that the order was messed up after I had said just that not sure if she was asking me again or just repeating what I said then she hit redial 3 different times during the call and said that she needed me to call back in 2 mins so she could call her manager and find a solution to the mixed up order…. As I said before a sorry and we will try better would have gotten me off the phone and into bed. But after being told this without saying I’m sorry or even to accept responsibility for the mix up. Now I’m getting irritated. So she hangs up…. I waited the 2 mins and gave her an extra 5 cause they may have been busy with orders after 7 mins I phoned back to the store and no answer, no voicemail to leave a message, called again in a few mins again no answer and no voicemail after another ten to fifteen mins tried again and the call was sent to voicemail after 2 rings which the voicemail isn’t set up so it’s just the normal recording the customer your calling hasn’t set up there voicemail yet…. After that the phone was either left off the hook or my number was blocked because no answer and straight to the unset up voicemail message after 1.5 rings each time. (Maybe this was what they were laughing about with another customer that had a complaint when I called, who knows…) no Ill admit I was pissed… I spend over 50 bucks at your store that night for dinner to have someone else’s order I think cause it wasn’t what I had ordered and to be pushed off the way I was after being told to call back and she would have a resolution… unprofessional, disrespectful and clearly a store that doesn’t need business if this is how they treat there customers. My bf decided to drive into town and go to the store, they claimed they never made the order even tho on his cell phone he clearly showed the uber delivery from my order placed at the store!!! Don’t waste your time or your money here guys. This place is nothing but a romper room for adults that act like teenage girls at work. Very disgusted won’t ever be back even if they gave me a free meal. Can’t be bothered with ppl who are rude and lie. Most of all definitely lacking in customer service!!!!

  The staff is really good and the chicken rancher is my favourite and they prepare it as per my instructions thanks a lot for the great service

  Muskan is such a lovely girl with a bright smile on her face, the store is very clean and the staff is amazing, loved the veggie delite sub, I will be back soon, keep that smile girl.!!

  Disappointing Experience I usually like Subway, but this location really let me down. I ordered a sub and they barely put any meat on it just a few thin slices that didn’t even cover the bread. It felt like I was paying for a loaf of bread with a sprinkle of toppings. The sandwich looked nothing like the photos, and for the price, it’s definitely not worth it. Really disappointed with how stingy they were.
