  Told staff twice (two different staff members) that the ketchup was out. They were super nice, but didn't fix it. No ketchup with our meal, and it was still out when I left.

  Faster to go to store, buy an ice cream machine, go home and then make ice cream yourself. Not a fast food place

  What a disgusting mess. Filthy dirty at 10am. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days if not longer. Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. No soap in bathroom, where are the workers washing their hands yuck. Couldn't be bothered to actually put toilet paper on the holder's. There just laying on top but guess I should be thankful there was some. Haven't ate in there in a couple of years so whatever happened to the friendly guy who cleaned up 24/7?? Lucan one is bigger and very clean
