    Worst location ever, I would not recommend I don't even want to give them one star.They are always rude.They are always slow when you go to the Drive.Through, and you're trying to order your food, they interrupt you and all they say, is anything else anything else?Anything else And you don't even end up getting the right stuff inside is very dirty. And then you call and try to ask for help. And they act like they can't hear you on the phone. They say hello, hello, and they hang up Maybe it's because I'm not Brown.

    Terrible service and I’m not sure if they are overworked or just lazy but the food preparation is awful and I’m unsure of the conditions of the kitchen…. Also forcing me to order on a third party delivery with increased prices when I’m in the drive thru ???? I wish I took pictures of the slob I was served… just terrible

    Just met a very rude lady at the drive through. I had 4 combo’s and spend over $70. It’s pouring rain and I was told I need to come in to get the food because they have a timer and it will take too long. I was floored that because they have a head office metric to hit a certain time that they would rather not serve me and forced me to walk in the pouring rain to get my food. I’m pretty sure that’s not the purpose of the timer. Just another sign these workers are driving this franchise into the ground. No empathy or customer service. After going in I found another 8-10 frustrated people waiting for people. The kitchen is a mess and the management and staff are clearly lost. Finally I met a guy name Mahmoud and he was hard working and helped me despite no one else caring. He should be running the place. Unfortunate as we’ve been coming here for years and haven’t been in a while but will go somewhere else

    I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable service I received at your Queensway location on April 7, 2026, at approximately 3:40 AM. After being specifically instructed by your staff to return at 4:10 AM to place an order, I was flatly refused service upon my return because the employee claimed to be too busy prioritizing Uber orders. This lack of accountability—compounded by the employee’s unprofessional attitude and refusal to provide their name—is a blatant disregard for a customer's time and basic service standards. As someone with experience in the food industry, I find it incredibly poor practice to provide false wait times and then deny service to a walk-in customer who followed instructions, and I expect this matter to be addressed with the staff on duty.

    I had a very frustrating experience at Taco Bell. I placed my order at 2:30 AM and was told it would be ready by 2:45 AM. However, I ended up waiting in the drive-thru for over 1.5 hours, and by 4:15 AM, I still had not received my order. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable, especially during late hours when customers expect quicker service. There was no clear communication or update about the delay, which made the situation even more disappointing. I understand that things can get busy, but waiting this long without any explanation or resolution reflects very poor service. I hope management addresses these issues so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.
