  I had a great lunch experience at Swiss Chalet today and wanted to give a shoutout to our server, Hongya. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She checked in at just the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and had such a positive attitude that it really made the meal more enjoyable. The food was fresh and exactly what we expected, but it was Hongya’s service that really stood out. She made us feel taken care of without being intrusive — that balance is rare and appreciated.   I had a great experience at Swiss Chalet today, and a big reason was the amazing service from Hongya. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel genuinely welcomed, and she did exactly that. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the whole dining experience even better. Thank you, Hongya, for the excellent service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I've been coming to this location for years and I must say it has gone downhill .This store runs out of chicken and ribs a lot. I've been served by Jelena many times and she is always very professional and is very nice about informing us of how long our meals will be. My kids like her too. Good chicken when it's there 😋

  My family and I get Swiss Chalet take out for family celebrations, and this location has been fantastic food every single time we’ve ordered from them. We’ve ordered from other locations in Etobicoke / Mississauga and this location is for sure our go to. The food is always hot and their staff always ensure all the items are there. A big thank you for having friendly staff at the take out area even when it’s extremely busy. Keep up the great work and I look forward to future visits!

  Food is always hit or miss (they ran out of chicken for an hour). The place looks dingy and in need of a reno. What is exceptional is the service here. We always ask for Sabrina as she is once of the best. Fast and attentive and remembers our order every time. They should have more staff like her.
