  I don't usually write reviews but my family and I were here April 25th for dinner. Our server Sanjay was terrible. Lot’s of attitude. I’m not sure where all her good reviews are coming from, other than over hearing her begging customers, and offering them free items for those reviews.

  This place was great. The manager was lovely and the community that Swiss chalet has brought together is quite emotional for me because I used to work at Swiss as a kid and it is a great restaurant. Great people great atmosphere and employees are also so nice and the managers lovely this restaurant is so beautiful the lighting the tables are nice and clean, not sticky like other restaurants and the manager again it’s just lovely so thank you so much for giving me such a beautiful restaurant to eat at this and it’s so cheap $19 or two meals. That is absolutely beautiful and the friends and family that you could bring here just makes us an emotional level a whole Nother level thank you so much Swiss chalet if I could give this place on infinite star, I would

  After over 20+ yrs., will be the last time for myself and friends at this location. Budget cuts are everywhere, but a customer-focused mindset and service excellence has eroded. From the way you treat staff, discarding those who were exceptional and genuinely connected with customers and a major part of what kept patrons coming back. Clearly poor mgmt decisions for months, with a focus on profits and cost cutting, disregarding what loyal patrons appreciate starting with the people experience, service and food quality — it’s a lack of experience and leadership on how to balance both. So many negative changes lately we’ve experienced from week to week, and the abrupt pushing out some of the best customer-facing staff, it’s not working and it’s sad to see this location deteriorate from what the experience had been for area residents and friends.

  Christine and my server Charlene were awesome and caring individuals. The chicken and salad was just what I needed. I'll be back next time I'm in the area. I would hope the corporate office recognizes these hard working staff I observed and invest for promotions to have the surrounding area residents experience this solid and welcoming staff. Suggestion invite takeout guest to the bar to have a drink and have some sport on 1 TV per day to attract 1.5 hour guest by windows seating

  Sanjay , really showed how much her customers means to her. Her friendly and open deposition really came through. She went above and beyond to explain the menu and came by to check if we were comfortable. The food was served hot and timely. I will highly recommend her as a server. I will definitely be a regular customer because of her.
