    I ordered through subway app two footlong veggie subway. It barely have any veggies and sauce. I asked for olives and hot peepers but its missing in both subway its feel like i m eating just bread. I know there is promotion going on if you can’t meet the requirements of customer then cancel the promotion. Disappointing

    I placed a pickup order through the Subway app, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite selecting both olives and spinach as extra toppings, my sandwich had none of either. On top of that, the amount of sauce was minimal and nowhere near what I requested. I have attached photos as proof of these issues. This feels very misleading and unacceptable, as customers should receive exactly what they pay for. Based on this experience, I will not be visiting this store again.

    I’m a frequent customer at this Subway location, but I’ve repeatedly experienced staff refusing to honor valid app promotions. Even when deals are active, I’m told they don’t apply in-store and asked to pay full price. Recently, I had a $9 for 2 footlongs offer but ended up paying $13 for just one sub. Staff also discourage mobile orders with promotions, which is frustrating and misleading. I appreciate the convenience, but this lack of consistency is disappointing. Owner, please look into this matter.they said no for this location and here’s the screenshot I’m sharing with location and offer .

    As a regular customer, I am disappointed by the consistent service issues at this location. Every time a national Subway promotion is active, the staff informs me that the deal is unavailable and insists on in-store pricing instead. It is frustrating to be denied advertised offers, and I would appreciate clarification on why this location does not participate in these standard deals.

    I came here today at around 12:30pm and ordered a 6" spicy Italian on whole wheat. I noticed as he was putting the lighter colour salami on it and it was browning from the outside in. I have been getting this specific sandwich for years and is never had that colour. Coming from the food industry I could tell the meat was no good. I proceeded to ask them if it was good and they said "yes it changes colour sometimes but its still good". The lady told the guy next to her to give me the ones from the bottom instead but I let them know they should not be serving that as it could get someone really sick (i'm sure it was all contaminated anyway based on the look of it). The lady rolled her eyes and then proceeded to throw out all of the salami from that metal tray. I had limited time on my lunch break so I just settled for tuna. Now, I am not feeling the greatest either. Not sure what the food standards are at this location but they were about to serve me salami that had clearly gone bad. Please do better for the people. out here, nobody wants to be violently sick from subway.......
