  The staff was quite rude and unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable asking questions. This is not how customers should be treated.

  VERY POOR customer service. I was waiting in line and i was being skipped over and ignored for 30 minutes. Every time I’ve gone there i have had bad experience with customer service.

  The Indian girl working the closing shift on 14th March 2026 was the most disrespectful employee I’ve ever met. She told us “we’re closing in 20 min” even before my entire group had walked in through the doors. And when we took a seat she said it 4 more times. My friend was trying to check his previous orders on his phone and she’s meanly told him “we’re not accepting online orders”. We felt like we were the problem when we started ordering so only one of us ended us ordering because she started banging the utensils soo loudly out of anger. My friend said “ I can’t order in this pressure ”. As soon as I took my sandwich from the counter to the sitting area she’s looked at us and asked us “Is there anything else you’ll want ?” She didn’t even let me eat my sandwich even though the 20 min were not up yet. Worst experience ever. I’ve eaten the sandwich in the cold outside the store.

  Absolute garbage. 15$ for a bowl which was less than half full. Very disappointing. Do not waste your money here, the shawarma place 2 doors down has much better bowls and are way cheaper.

  SKIP !! Save yourself the trouble and buy in another subway location. RUDE. SCAMMER. Bought a beef steak sandwich during a snow storm via subway delivery app. The guy did NOT place any beef and just veggies and when I called him to report it he was saying “ I DON’T CARE, ITS YOUR PROBLEM” UNBELIEVABLE!!
