The staff were genuinely friendly, polite, and very accommodating. They handled orders efficiently and still managed to be warm and approachable, even during a busy time. My order came out quickly, fresh, and exactly as expected. Overall, the experience felt smooth and hassle-free, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Great service like this definitely makes me want to come back.

She kindly offered me a small sample, and it was fantastic. I also wanted to try a hot dog, and since it was my first time ordering one there, I asked if I could get the truffle hot dog. She was honest and said not to go for it since I was already getting truffle fries—apparently it would be too much cheese. I really appreciated that level of honesty instead of just upselling. It made the whole experience feel more genuine and customer-focused.

Our highlight of the day had to be the lady at the front who took our orders. She was so incredibly sweet and helpful and even gave us free samples of fries when we walked up! She also talked in a very friendly manner and had a beautiful smile on. I would give 100 stars if I could! Superb experience here, would definitely come back!!
