  We were a large party with some kids, who enjoyed all the fun sugary menu items too early and then didn’t eat dinner… Adult meals were just right, even with special requests re GF dining… Our server Toni, and other staff brought food and drink in a friendly timely way, and overall a nice family dinner outing! :)

  It seems there are staffing issues at this location. It was utter chaos in the dining room. Our waitress last evening was amazing. Elan was doing a fantastic job of dealing with our table as well as many others that didn't appear to be hers. Drinks came in a timely and efficient manor but the kitchen seems to be incredibly slow. Waited an hour for a spinach dip. Lets not even get into the rest of the meal. Again. Elan wss professional and courteous. She maintained her composure even under apparent stress. She should be commended.

  Absolutely terrible experience at Montana's BBQ & Bar. We ordered within the first 10 minutes of sitting down, yet still waited over an hour for our food—and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. We were patient, nice, and understanding the entire time. We know delays can happen, so we were just hoping that at the very least the food would come out hot and actually be edible. Instead, it arrived completely cold. We were then told our food had been sent to the wrong table first… which clearly explains why it came out cold. Completely unacceptable. To make things worse, our server said she would get a manager without us even asking. We then waited another 40 minutes… and no manager ever showed up. So despite us being considerate and doing everything right, there was zero urgency, zero accountability, and no effort to fix the situation. No explanation, no apology—nothing. This wasn’t just bad service—it was careless and unprofessional. Definitely won’t be coming back.

  Hostess who seated us at first was great. Food was good - took very long but that’s understandable due to how busy and the quality. But what I cannot get past is the poor service from our server; it honestly seemed like we were a bother to serve. Avoiding coming to our area, not asking if we’d like refills, napkins. Asking how everything is ..? One of the meals took much longer than the rest and simple acknowledgment to the situation would have been nice & reassuring. But instead she shrugged her shoulders and said “yeah but I offered her to take it to go”.when we obviously were there with the intention to eat as a family at the restaurant . Clearly didn’t matter to her or the other staff. All the rest of the good reviews seems like we were the ones not wanted to be tended to. We are also paying customers. Didn’t get the servers name, so that also says a lot.
