  Very disappointing experience at McDonald’s today. We placed our order around 2 p.m. and ordered one burger and one chicken wrap, but the burger was served in a very poor condition. The patty was sticking far outside the bun, the burger was messy, and there were visible extra bits/debris inside, which made it look carelessly prepared. What was even more disappointing is that there was almost no lettuce or proper filling inside the burger — it was basically just a bun and a patty. For paying around $7–8 for a burger, I expected proper ingredients and decent presentation, but this did not feel worth the money at all. It honestly looked like no one checked the food before serving it. For a brand like McDonald’s, customers expect basic quality, hygiene, and consistency, but this experience was far below standard and very disappointing.

  I just went to the drive thru and i specifically told the person who took my order no pickles, no onions and no mustard. Now my kids cannot eat it because theres pickles and they are allergic to it. We are not around the area. It even say no pickles on the paper that is stick on the burger wrapper.!! So i wasted my money for nothing!! Then my kids are hungry. I’ve been calling the store so many times and no one is picking up.. sooo pissed!! 😡😡😡

  PlayPlace was clean, and my two-year-old really enjoyed the space! It’s nice a touch that the area is separated from the rest of the restaurant and has its own washroom. Found the service to be a bit slow though and the coffee tasted watered down.

  I simply went there for a mobile order and with a friend and his order. Told the girl at the first window his order but she was just in a rush. Never got to say my mobile order which was put through 15 minutes beforehand. Getting to the second window, the another girl starts telling me I have to come around. If I placed an order (for a simple sandwich) 15 minutes before, why would I have to go around in there drive thru again. Location just gets worse and worse. Better management needed. This was around 11:10-11:15 PM
