  I went to this location during my 30-minute work break to get dinner through the drive-thru. It took me 18 minutes just in the drive-thru alone. You can see the condition of my wrap—it wasn’t even edible. I had ordered grilled chicken, but they told me it would take another 5 minutes. They didn’t give me a straw with my Coke, and I had also ordered a coffee, which they didn’t give me either. I had to go back inside again. Because of all this, my entire break got wasted. I have all the pictures as proof. The exact location is visible in the photos, and the time the pictures were taken also clearly shows everything. I’m going to take this matter much further.

  The day time Manager Sammy is the sweetest man! We always look forward to seeing him working. So so kind and was quick to clean a table we sat down - even though we had cleaned it - he was so quick and sweet about it. Zai has brought us her food a few times and she’s amazing. Has always stopped to have a conversation with my girlfriend and I. We love them!

  Always in a rush in the drive thru, staff is very young and usually rude and have attitudes. Tonight they are closed, yet someone is accepting doordash orders inside?

  Honestly, this location is a solid go-to. I stopped by during the rush, and even though the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, they moved through it surprisingly fast. The fries were actually hot and salted well (which is the make-or-break for me), and the McDouble wasn't smashed into a pancake like some other places do. The staff was pretty chill and actually remembered the extra sauce I asked for.

  The Latte with shot of expresso included is tasty and creamy. Very refreshing. Better price than Tim H. Get a small plus $.40 with meal deal. Big Mac’s okay.i cut the onions down. Fries are good. Could be warmer. Loud hip music. Washrooms are clean however guess the single wheelchair washroom locked for staff?! Washrooms clean but cool. Toilet keeps flushing by itself. The tables could be wiped down more often. One male cleaner in the way with a mop running you down practically,. The area is better than it was but still it’s up and coming better. Food meals for homeless every Friday beside here at LCBO. They bring meals to your table if disabled or senior. Kind staff otherwise. You need to customize meals with salt and ketchup. Mixer without security guard always on phone didn’t press button for door. Not here anymore. Don’t like that the App needs precise location on your phone..deleted the App. Good value meals with double burger and get Big Mac sauce extra. Small veggie burger meals finally. Better than it was. And Pet Valu still open but $$. Convenient location 1st st welcome to New Toronto. Things are looking up..
