Who manages this store? Asked for special posted, they said its over. Asked what specials are available, they said none. Went to McDonald's. Last time spent 30mins for 10 wings. I will never go here again.
I love the way they renovated this place! Very spacious & bright not dark & dingey like before. Very clean & you can see the staff being very attentive to maintaining it clean
Self order Kiosk - not a fan. I like to talk to the person taking my order but it is what it is.
Went on a random Tuesday night...930pm. Put my order for 2 ppl at 938pm... take a seat and proceed to wait. Lost in convo, I realize we been waiting 20mins...for couple tacos and a 2pc. So I go up and ask what the delay is, they say "oh im so sorry, we missed the order but we'll get on it right away". So naturally im a bit annoyed bc its already been 20mins and now we have to wait another 10 at least but hey, what do you do right? So I go back and wait, ab 8 mins later they call my name and its ready. The lady with so much remorse, apologizes again & says they gave us an extra pc of chicken 😆 we found it hilarious but that act of genuinely just wanting to make uo for the error was very much appreciated. I forget to get her name but whoever you are, thank you for that :)

This location in particular is TOTAL TRASH. Rancid food, terrible management and REALLY SLOOOOOOOW SERVICE. At least they have “nice” enough people working there but I really feel bad for the employees (and customers of course). Go to the Kipling and 401 KFC or one in Vaughan if you really want fried chicken

As per kfc they use third party example Uber to deliver there food as when you order online so I made a online order waited for 1 hour for them to prep cook package hand over the food to the delivery driver waited for the driver check the online website site for kfc order tracking saw the food was delivered but to who or where you might ask I have no idea where it was left because the driver had not call me or text me to say can you meet me or I'm here as per kfc they called and said your order is on the way just be on the lookout for the driver the order tracker does not show where your driver is
Or where the uber driver is as per kfc so I have lost a order and to kfc management they said I can't get a refund and there is nothing they can do when the driver leave the establishment so no food/money paid

How I'm supposed to get in contact with
Uber when it was from the kfc online site and you the restaurant that made the order and got a third party Uber to deliver my food make it make sense?

Very disappointed with the service of staff and management. I ordered crispy chicken, the staff confirmed both at the speaker and at the window. Upon getting home it was original chicken. I called to speak with a manager to hopefully correct the issue. The staff passed the phone between each other and told me I was lying because the receipt on their end says original. I was not given a receipt and now left with a large amount of chicken my family won’t eat. They refused to spell their name, and hung up on me. From what I hear her name was Soral. I will definitely be contacting corporate over this misconduct. Mistakes happen, that’s understandable however it is how you correct those mistakes that matter.
