- TRTirth RanaApr 10, 20263.0I went there at 10 33 PM, was not particularly busy, lots of empty tables, went there to order a Regular Poutine with extra gravy and extra cheese curds, a lady took my order with red bangels and glasses, but was very unprofessional. I had to ask her for the $5 Poutine from their coupon menu, or else I would've paid extra, she seemed like she didn't know about coupons. Moreover she was in a hurry for some odd reason and rushed the order, and left the counter, didn't even ask me for the receipt or said thank you, and I heard her mocking and making fun of the drive thru customers, "Can I get a.. Can I get a..". Could do better.

My wife and I ended up leaving without eating a single bite of the food we paid for because of the behavior of an employee named Sim. Despite Harvey’s being known for making the burger 'your way,' Sim was incredibly rude and dismissive of my requests. She persistently handled and 'played' with the burger to the point where I no longer felt it was safe or sanitary to consume. It felt like she was preparing it her way, not mine, and her attitude was so aggressive that my wife actually had to step in to address the rudeness. To make matters worse, as soon as this confrontation happened, the entire staff began speaking to each other in another language while looking at us. This made us extremely uncomfortable and nervous about the integrity of our food. We felt targeted and unwelcome, so we walked out. This location needs to seriously look at retraining or replacing staff who do not understand basic food handling and customer service. We will not be returning." Underneath she runs off to the corner after asking for name. And that is the crew that was working. I don’t no what was said, but it wasn’t English and this is not acceptable for any Harvey’s location. Thank you.
