Garbages were overflowing and looked gross, how does that inspire people to come into your establishment and eat? Live up to the brand of Five Guys and do better. If you decide to go to this location make sure staff are putting the extra fries in the bag.

I was order Number 16 today, March 21, 2026 and they ended up serving orders after me even though I was standing right there in front of them. Even another customer right beside me agreed it was inexcusable. Interestingly, I was the only black person in front of them. Although they constantly apologized, they made no effort to make amends. The food? Horrible! The patty in the burger was dry, had a smell and lacked any flavour. The mayo in the burger was sparse and the presentation unappealing. This was my first visit and is surely my last. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this place. Perhaps, the owner needs to look into employing staff who treat everyone equally.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
