- CHCass HDec 14, 20253.0We went around 9 pm on a Saturday and it was quite busy. There were no people working the cash registers so you could only order through the touch-screen kiosks. My partner had questions about menu items and couldn't ask the kiosk obviously. The kiosk took our names and then our orders were called out by name. Numbers would be better due to the potential for mispronouncing names and I don't need the whole restaurant to know my name. Also, it appeared that there is usually a screen that also displays the order up, which is helpful for those hard of hearing, but the screen appeared not to be working and was dark. It took a while to get our orders despite it being outside typical busy hours. Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The design of this building is very minimalist and sterile feeling, almost like a doctors office. Uncomfortable chairs with no cushion. The dining area was pretty messy, with dirty tables. I didn't even want to sit while I was waiting due to the mess, but had to sit anyway due to physical disability. Overall, somewhat typical experience for fast food, which means you shouldn't expect perfect service or food. The food quality was as expected for KFC/Taco Bell. Our orders were complete and correct. The one staff member calling out orders was friendly and able to provide service in multiple languages, which is great to see.
