  The food was fine (two soft tacos and a fries supreme), but the restaurant was a disaster! I waited in line for 5-7 minutes to order, then another 10-12 minutes for the food. They ran out of napkins, so they gave out the staff's paper towels if requested. The pop station was disgusting. Sticky mess of pop everywhere, garbage bins were overflowing, floors were a mess. I was there in total for about 45 minutes and not once did someone come out to clean. Every single table was dirty and this was around 2:30pm, so it wasn't exactly busy. Only a third or so of the tables had people. Definitely wouldn't recommend!

  This is the slowest Taco Bell in North America! Wish I can leave a zero star. 10:30 pm we came in with the family 2 adults 3 kids, waited for tacos for 40min! Then as we were patiently waiting in the dining room we were asked to leave and stand against the wall. I was about to go make my own taco, then they give us the food 40 min later and were told to eat outside because dining room is closed. So in the freezing cold we ate outside tacos on the metal bench. This place is a joke. Def not fast food. We stopped by for a quick bite to eat before a 3 hour drive. Regretting our decision

  The workers here have got to be Masochists; one visit was all it took to conclude this. This was a personal uber pick up order for around 2 AM, which happened to coincide with some sort of Bollywood After Party. About 40 young adults were getting some late night food after an event. A delayed pick up order can be expected in this situation, but the attitude that went along with it was pretty ridiculous. The order said “ready for pick up” but wasn’t ready for another 40 minutes. I truly gave them the benefit of the doubt, but when the server asks your name 5 times, and never comes back with an update, something else is going on. People that ordered on the spot got their food faster than me, even though my order was placed 1 hour prior. “Chris” shouldn’t be the hardest name to remember? This stalling tactic was poorly executed, as her apathy & mockery was evident from across the room. She was laughing with the party goers, and speaking in Hindi or Punjabi the entire time. No communication or eye contact whatsoever during this waiting process, with the exception of asking my name. Once the order was complete, I was still missing the drink. When I told her, she left again to work on other tasks (It takes 5 seconds to pour the drink and I had been waiting 40 minutes). This is when I realized she was playing games. I saw her pouring a drink 2 minutes later but she didn’t bring it over; it was sitting there for another 4 minutes. I wasn’t sure if it was mine, but when I asked, she reluctantly went over and brought me that drink. The cherry on top, it was the wrong drink! 😂😂😂 It’s Taco Bell so I won’t comment on the poorly made food -completely sloppy and slapped together in a rush. If you like chomping into 4 layers of soft taco shell with no filling, this is the place for you. The server probably needs more entertainment in her life.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I waited 25 minutes just for a Crunchwrap Supreme — which is ridiculous for a simple order. While waiting, the little pickup desk where Uber Eats drivers get their orders was completely cluttered with people just standing around in the way. To make it worse, they were rude and didn’t move even when it was obvious customers were trying to get through. The staff didn’t seem to be in any hurry or care about the long wait times. Definitely not a good experience — this location really needs to work on both speed and customer service.

  I usually order form here on Uber eats and 50% of the time, I don't get the sauces I added on my order. Also very disappointed they only have the nacho fries and no regular fries. Im glad I ordered extra cheese on my quesadilla because I could only barely taste the cheese. I wish I had taken a photo of the side of guacamole I ordered before I started eaing becasue it was 80% tomato. Also, is the crunch wrap supreme named so because of the Lettuce? Because I was getting no crunch from the soggy "hard" shell stuffed in the middle.
