Reserved for 6:30, we were served just a tad before 8:30!...good thing the server was a really kind person, despite the pressure she managed to stay calm.

Two waitresses were doing all job duties for the front of the house leaving customers being served last or not at all . My Family of six ran out of patience after sitting for 20 minutes just to get a menu, and the server had unsatisfied customers accompanying her to our table demanding for management to come out and making a scene. It was then we my Family wanted to leave due to the anger of the customer. I felt so bad for the server who was kind and apologized to us. Further leaving there was were angry customers at the kitchen entrance yelling and demanding for the manager to come out. The whole restaurant was chaotic, and I'm sure customers who did get served were leaving without paying cuz the line up was long but no employee was there to cash them out. Just horrible experience never again. I feel I dont want to visit any Swiss Chalet anymore. Fire the Manager!!! Sidewalk was icy to door entrance.

She is continuously saying when i ask order is not ready yet. After that is ask another employee she said your order was already ready. Totally wastage of time.
