There was 5 of us we ordered the festival meal and the waitress brought out 3 of the meals and waited 10 more minutes or the other 2 meals. That is unacceptable and will not be going back to the location again. 😒

She had about 11 tables and around 36 customers to serve and she did everything on time and very professionally. On top of our menu orders we have brought our own cake so we needed her to take extra care of that and candles and desert plates, not mentioning request for some of a whipped cream! Sabrina helped us flawlessly closing with proper division of the bills. We are very impressed! Thank you girl for your hard work! We appreciat it very much! Without you our celebration wouldn't be possible to be successful! We have enjoyed the food too. It was very fresh and tasty! We had the Festive Specials and acchicken poutine. Each Festvie Special comes with a 4-pack of Lindts chocolates.

Showed up around 35 minutes after placing my orderand was told chicken would take 20 more minutes "but I can pay now" I refused and called customer service. I was told that because I ordered my chicken well done, it would take longer. Nothing but a cop out. Very poorly run store.

And the service is awful. Made an order for pickup at 2pm. Wasn't ready until 2:30. Ordered baked potato. Don't have any. No discount. No apologies. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go to another location.

We get sat and place our orders. All festive specials. After we order, about 15/20 minutes, 3 tables get sat around us within 5 minutes of each other. Explain how they not only placed their order, waited, and got their food and started eating before us.?? As the server walks by after dropping off the tables meals she goes "Kitchen is still working on yours" and walks off. EXCUSE ME!!! STILL!! At this point its been almost 40 minutes since we have ordered. By the time the food came out we've been there for an hour.
