Excellent chicken and excellent other dishes. In short, highly recommended for a quality meal in etobicoke at a price that is very reasonable. One small piece of feedback - the sauces could be a bit more delicate and not so dominated by sugar and salt but these are small points and maybe a matter of taste. We highly recommend this place !

The first two times we ordered online for pick up and they were late (30mins-1 hr), forgot items in our order and had trouble locating our order. So we decided to start ordering through the phone. Again, they continued to make the same mistakes and forgot items every time even when we double checked our order with them. Hopefully the dine-in experience is better but I would advise not doing take out as it is unreliable.

Worst Swiss Chalet dine-in experience I've ever had. Waited 45 minutes for festive specials, and when they did finally arrive - it was cold, despite the servers running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Expect it was sitting in the kitchen for a long time. Didn't send it back because I didn't want to wait another super hungry 45 minutes. Suspect the true problem is management severely understaffing & understocking the establishment. Server apologized there wasn't proper glassware because all was in use/dirty. Whole place had a rundown greasy/grimy feel to it, visible dirt desperately in need of a deep-cleaning. Husband almost slipped walking to the restrooms. Felt really bad for the servers trying their absolute best. If you have the option to go to another location...go to the other location.
