- ABAndy BatoolallSep 22, 20251.0The staff here needs to be replaced. Completely rude and unprofessional. The only way I think they still work here is that they must be the owners or family to the owners. Avoid this subway and go get a burger , pizza or Tim’s, or go across the street and get food.

They expect you to pay the same price as a soft drink for the “cup”. Looking to increase your profits at the expense of college students when tap water is free in Canada. A cup should cost cents not the price of a soft drink. Please consider changing this policy. Let’s not support a business that prioritizes capitalism over basic customer needs.

I asked him nicely if he could change his gloves because I didn't want anything cross contaminated and he first shook his head no. Then I explained why and he raised his voice at me saying that he would change them but "what do I want." In a very rude voice. I also saw him speaking with an attitude to other customers aswell
