I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff better.

When I asked about this he replied me that it’s very hard to clean grill machine and all other stuff. Apart from this , they have other employee who grilled it . So it was very bad and unprofessional experience with me at this location.

I ordered a tuna sub, and my boyfriend politely asked if fresh tuna could be used because the tuna being served was clearly old and dried up on the side of the container, to the point that it was a different colour. The employee immediately raised his voice and said it was “policy.” We didn’t argue and kindly said to drop it and just continue making the sandwich. Despite this, he continued to bring it up repeatedly (about four times), raising his voice each time, even though we had already asked to move on. The issue wasn’t just the food quality, but the lack of professionalism and customer service. A simple explanation would have been fine, but the repeated confrontation made the situation uncomfortable and unnecessary. I hope management addresses both food freshness concerns and how staff communicate with customers.
