Don’t get rice! I was extremely ill with food poisoning after eating the rice bowl. I almost called 911. Management was in denial and boasted they served 100 of those bowls that day. I pointed out it was a Tuesday midday and there were under 10 in the restaurant including us. I was fairly regular there with family and friends. Not in a hurry to go back.

Hard no for me!
Service:
Bartender was nice. BUT
Heard one of the owners being extremely sassy to a client that wanted to have the sound on during a hockey game (the restaurant had MAYBE 8 people in it that were all watching the game) and the owner said “I know nothing about sports so I’m not turning on the volume” and also proceeded to say “this is not a sports bar”….
….. meanwhile their are 10+ tvs in the restaurant all playing games ??????? What do you MEAN you’re not a sports bar… hello? Have you seen your reviews? I came here to watch the game because it’s supposedly a good spot to watch games.
Hell no that whole conversation was so condescending. So I proceeded to ask for the sound on because literally everyone was watching the game so you can relax
Food:
Had their GF burger and it was dry and the salad was not good.
Had their Brussels sprouts and wings and idk what the hype is about…

Came in for a quick bite and a drink at the bar. Service (by Taya) was attentive and friendly without being pushy (which we appreciated).
Food was served in a timely manner and both the Calamari and Cobb salad was nice.

I’m disappointed with the experience at this restaurant, not just because of the food but mainly due to the unprofessional behavior of the waiter.
The sushi we received was not great, and on top of that, we were served sushi that we did not even order. Because the food quality did not meet expectations, my friend chose to tip accordingly. Instead of accepting this respectfully, the waiter became rude and made my friend uncomfortable over the tip, which is completely unacceptable.
Tipping is discretionary and reflects the overall experience, including food and service. Confronting or showing attitude toward customers over a tip is unprofessional and left a very bad impression.
Good service includes respecting customers, regardless of the tip amount. Unfortunately, this experience ensures we won’t be returning.

We went out for dinner today, and the food did not meet our expectations. We left a tip that reflected our overall dining experience, not the service alone. Afterward, the server reacted unprofessionally by loudly commenting on the tip amount and asking if there was an issue with his service, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. This interaction left a negative impression and took away from the overall experience.
