  I used to own one of these franchises in downtown Toronto before COVID and was driving by and craving some spicy chicken, as I'm very familiar with the quality of the food and operation and visited several other locations, I must say I really enjoyed the food and the whole experience at this location, bread was fresh and the restaurant itself was nice and clean also the service provided by the employee was great.

  Dec. 28th, I was served by a nice young lady, whom I believe was new. Her customer service and sandwich making was perfect, it was the guy training her that I had an issue tolerating. He was constantly hovering over her, pointing out every pointless detail, touching the sandwich as she was making it and I sensed he was making her nervous and 7ncomfortable. I felt bad for her because she was being constantly instructed on the simplist most common sense tasks, it's just a sandwich. Overall the sandwich was well made but the man doing the training was annoying and I felt bad for the girl, having to deal with him all day.

  I came to the store at 9:40 p.m. They close at 10 p.m. I asked for the rib sub. This is my first time trying Mr. Sub. I want to try the fired-up version, but they told me that the turn of the machine was at 9:30 p.m. I wonder how a store just chooses to shut down services before closing time. Maybe the staff wanted to go home early? I don’t know. I just know that I ended up with a sub heated in a microwave. Yes, a microwave. All the expectations I had went just down the drain. Hopefully, this won’t happen again to another customer because I won’t be returning to this store anymore.
