The wings were perfectly cooked, and the brisket was just OK. The ribs were dried, overcooked, hard like a rock. Had return them. Apparently is a problem in the last few days, as per my server. Manager did replaced them, gave us a free dip, free desert and a 20% discount. Is the problem a new cook?

Usually, the service is great, and it was great today, however this “great service” was only provided to my boyfriend. I don’t know if it was some kind of personal vendetta against me or what. Since the beginning I was looked at like I was stupid, when our server asked us a question, I answered, however I was looked at like an idiot, she then proceeded to look to my boyfriend for an answer. like Girl I fully just answered ur question what are you looking at him for? Anyways, after that I decided to shut my trap like she so clearly wanted. From that point on, she would ONLY ask my boyfriend questions, for example: “do you want mustard for your burger HUN?” (BURGER, NOT BURGERS)“Everything okay hun?” and so on. As you can tell, none of these were towards me as you cannot pluralize the word hun. I have never felt so personally victimized by a stranger, I truly do not believe I deserved to be treated this way. Anyway, I am not going to reveal the servers name as I am not willing to go that low. But this is a message to YOU montanas BBQ & Bar. DO BETTER!!!!!!!

I decided to get the 7 oz New York steak with lobster topping and Onion/mushroom topping as well. Thanks to my amazing server/bartender Bessie she made the call to plate the toppings seperate so I can decide how to finish the steak to my liking. The service and food were great and I strongly recommend this location!

Our server, Bessy, made the night unforgettable — she has such a great personality and brought so much energy to the table. She engaged with everyone, especially the kids, and had us all laughing and smiling the whole time. It honestly felt like we got dinner and a show! We’ll definitely be back — thank you, Bessy, for making our evening so special!

The ambience was warm and welcoming, and our server, Toni, provided service that was okay — not too bad, but nothing special either. The food was really tasty, and we were enjoying our time together as a family. However, things took an unexpected and upsetting turn when we were making the payment. Since it was our first time there, we didn’t realize that we had to leave a review for the server through the payment system. It was an honest mistake, but Toni suddenly started yelling at us in front of everyone. It was embarrassing and completely ruined what had been a happy family evening. We walked out feeling disappointed and hurt. We had gone there to make good memories, but instead left with a bad experience. Sadly, we won’t be going back again.
