  After waiting longer than usual due to their system being down, I received an incomplete order; one of the burgers was missing. When I pointed this out and explained that the food had gone cold, the staff member was rude and dismissive, only handing me the missing item. When I said this was not acceptable, she aggressively took the bags from my hands. I had to wait all over again, received no apology, the cola was flat, and the food was greasy and carelessly prepared. Completely unprofessional service. I will never order from McDonald’s again.

  I ordered two value meals at this McDonald’s and one of the burgers was missing. At the time of ordering, their system was down, so I already had to wait longer than usual. When I realized my order was incomplete, I had to line up again. I explained that the order was missing items and had gone cold, and asked for the full order to be remade. The staff member responded very harshly, only handed me the missing burger, and when I said I didn’t accept that, she aggressively took the bags from my hands. I had to wait again for my order to be remade, and no apology was offered. The cola was flat, the burgers were extremely greasy, and the second order was also prepared carelessly. Very unprofessional service for such a big company. This was a disappointing experience, and I will never order from this company again!

  Extremely rude in the drive thru. I didnt get a receipt, they got my order wrong at the speaker and tried to tell me I didnt order things that I absolutely did, even clarified it. There's a woman who I believe is a manager, she had a bun and a bit of an accent, I didn't get her name though. She is the rudest woman I have come across at this location. We ordered nuggets and we checked the bag before we left as this location is known for forgetting sauces. Of course there was no sauce in the bag, so, we asked for some and she said "its in the bag but fine ill give you more" implying we were lying. Avoid this location if you want to be treated like a person. I paid over $50 and was treated horribly. This location isnt what it used to be.

  Terrible kitchen staff, terrible service, multiple occasions item missed. For example nuggets in a happy meal, extra sauces that we paid for. Bread is hard and for sure expired. Terrible experience on multiple occasions. Figure it out.
