I wanted to take a moment to share a truly positive experience I had at **McDonald's**.
During my recent visit, I was genuinely impressed by the way the staff treated the kids in the restaurant. There were several young customers ordering and waiting for their food, and the employees were incredibly patient, kind, and respectful. They spoke to them politely, answered their questions without frustration, and made them feel welcome rather than like an inconvenience.
It was refreshing to see such professionalism and warmth. The staff maintained a calm and friendly attitude, even during busy moments. Small gestures like smiling, using polite language, and taking the time to make sure the kids understood their orders made a big difference. It created a positive and comfortable environment for everyone in the restaurant.
In a time when customer service can sometimes feel rushed or dismissive, this location truly stood out. The team’s respectful treatment of young customers reflects excellent training and strong leadership.
I highly recommend this location and appreciate the effort the staff puts into creating a welcoming atmosphere for all ages. Keep up the great work!

This McDonald’s is good with the exception that the stand alone machines to order the food are always broken (either not printing tickets or slow or non responsive). Not sure if this is something corporate is responsible or if the franchisee needs to correct. People serving are usually nice and the restaurant is clean; but the machines are a big problem.

Horrible, horrible, horrible.
I have yet to have a good experience here. Bunch of employees running around looking confused, slow, unorganized, lost.
Drive thru is always incredibly slow so I decided to do mobile order for a happy meal, just a happy meal for my grandson, on the way there and go in to pick it up. I get there, there's nobody waiting at counter, I'm thinking great. Next thing I know people come and go, one guy gets his happy meal before me and I'm still waiting, employees confused. I asked and was told it's coming, it's coming. I told them, I was here alone, everybody after me is gone, it's just a frickin happy meal. Girl looked at me, turned around and finally I get the "un"happy meal..... absolutely ridiculous. They need a manager to train these people.
Came here for lunch. As an employee of McDonald’s we have a discount we can redeem at any McDonald’s location if we show our card that only employees would have access to and a schedule if further verification is required. I go to many different McDonald’s showing that is the very least of my concern. I’ve been here multiple times and even got my discounts from multiple managers like how I said. This is my first time ever being asked for an id? As a manager you are asking for an id? How much more verification do you need beyond name in the app and schedule. I’m not sure how this lady is manager but needs to be trained asap on how to do things with customers and employees. Especially asking for someone’s id and personal information beyond what’s needed.

Went to McPukes and made the bold mistake of ordering a sundae with table service. I was sitting at Table 12. Yes—the table with the number 12 on it.
After waiting 10 minutes, I went to the counter and was told (with confidence) that “there was no one at Table 12.” Fascinating, since I had been there the entire time watching my ice cream.
Next excuse: the server “couldn’t find Table 12.”
At that point it became pretty clear no one even bothered to try. This wasn’t confusion - it's the classic bullshit at this location that I've come to know and expect.
I even offered to physically point out Table 12, but by then my sundae had fully melted into a sad, overpriced milk soup.
How do you mess up table service when:
• Tables have numbers
• Numbers are visible
• The customer never moved
Answer: you don’t care.
Melted dessert, zero accountability, and staff who clearly checked out and could care less.
