    Very small, no self-service drinks, no kiosks, 20 minute time-limit to eat, no public bathrooms. Go to another McDonalds this one is terrible.

    I visited this location on 26th December, 2025. We ordered a sausage and cheese on a muffin and requested the staff to double toast the muffin. Instead of double toasting it, they burnt it. I clicked the picture. This happened last month as well. When I ordered the same thing last month and asked them to double toast it, one of the staff ladies came up to me and said if you want to double toast it, DO NOT Blame us (the staff) later that your muffin is burnt. I order the same thing at Tim Hortons sometimes and if I ask them to double toast it, they actually double toast it and don't burn it. The type of toasting that this mcdonals staff gave me, can be called triple toasted or burnt. Also, their floor and tables are always dirty. No staff member is ever seen cleaning the restaurant.

    Dirtiest, slowest McDonald’s. Every time before going in, I think to myself ‘It can’t be that bad’ and each time I’m reminded why I avoid this location. I usually make the extra effort to go to the other McDonald’s up Kipling Ave. McDonald’s corporation I am begging you to fix this location up.
