  Night staff is very unprofessional. Saw this girl Nupar working in night shift. She basically ignores delivery courier standing there. Have zero professionalism and doesn’t how to talk. Please teach her some manners.

  Hey all. Just wanted to share my experience at this McDonald’s on Hwy 27 and Carrier drive. Ive been here many times before and after work. Every time I go to the mcdonalds drive thru, they always say they’re still waiting on something from my order and tell me to go wait at the front. Now I’m sure a lot of you know why they send people to the front if something is not ready. But for those who do not know, it’s so they can meet a quota on how many vehicles served per minute. Now I understand that it keeps a certain tempo within the workplace but it’s even more frustrating when we have to wait at the reserved parking spot for when they bring the food to your car personally and it takes 5 hours to do so. If they did their job correctly instead of finessing/ rigging the system, I think customers would be a lot more happy. Stop rigging the system to get better numbers and less happy customers.

  During the recent visit at this location, I have mixed reviews about it. The store was Nice and Clean and the environment was quite good. Other than that the food was above average but not great, The coffee that i got was not freshly brewed but the fries were fresh and crispy. On the other side, there was no one at the counter, So i had to place the order on the self Kiosk. After waiting for roughly 7-10 mins I received my order. I feel this store is heavy dependent on the drive thru and mostly all the employees were busy with that. So there was no one to consider the store front order. Staff is nice and friendly. But once again you cannot leave the store front unattended.

  So I ordered the Big Mac by itself and McChicken by itself with extra lettuce and I did not get extra lettuce. It was just a little bit of lettuce for both. Also, there were no McDonald Monopoly tickets on my box. And the men's washroom had a big puddle in front of both urinals and I don't know if it was water or pee because there was no slippery one wet sign inside the washer. If I didn't have those three problems I would have easily given it a five star but disappointed again with another different McDonald's as with most McDonald's. It's just not the same as it was decades ago.

  Ordered a McVeggie Burger and they had the audacity to give me a meat patty inside a Veggie Burger box! Are you kidding me? This is not just careless — it’s stupid, and completely unacceptable. Whoever runs this place clearly has zero training, zero sense, and zero respect for customers. When I drove back to complain, the staff was rude, arrogant, and shamelessly indifferent — as if making such a huge mistake was completely fine. No apology, no explanation, nothing! They are useless, incompetent, and a total embarrassment to the McDonald’s brand. This branch deserves to be shut down immediately. I’ve never seen such pathetic service, disgusting negligence, and arrogant staff in my life. Never, ever coming back here. Total nightmare.
