He apologized and asked how the app worked, and Shahodat was incredibly patient and kind the whole time. She walked us through the steps, showed him exactly how to redeem the reward, and made everything super easy. My grandpa smiled and said She’s a smart and very nice lady and I couldn’t agree more. Thank you, Shahodat, for treating him with so much respect and making him happy, thank you for being so helpful. Wonderful service like this makes a huge difference!

I waited over 20 minutes for my order, and people who ordered after me were getting their food first. The staff clearly didn’t care about dine-in customers at all — all they focused on was delivery orders. I’ve been to this location more than ten times, and it used to be fine, but today’s experience was absolutely unacceptable. How can you mess up such a simple order after making me wait that long? Completely disappointed and frustrated with this shift’s service.
