  We placed a online order for 18pc 5 sides and waited over 45 mins for our order standing inside we came to know that our order wasn’t seen by staff as they mentioned to us and said they gave our chicken to someone else they were dropping fresh chicken but employee kept saying 10 more mins and next thing you know it’s 55 mins she offered us free Pepsi cans half way waiting and we just wanted our food and the staff employee just gave exucsss she was busy all day I understand it’s a holiday but regardless that’s not our fault someone missed our online order and on top we were told to make a call next time rather then online order . So what’s the point of having a online order system if it’s going to be missed

  We ordered $110 worth of food 2 days ago and my husband found a nasty feather in the chicken wings, we were so grossed out and immediately threw out everything. I called KFC and the lady on the phone said someone will follow up and no did as of yet. This is at the albion location. I think i’m going to also post a tiktok about this. ZERO STARS GROSSS!

  Don't bother wasting your time by going here and placing an order. You give him the simplest of orders and they still manage to mess it up. I definitely don't recommend this. Save yourself, the stress and the headache. They have one job and they can't even do this properly. Service was great. They just can't get my order right? They definitely lack training and common sense

  Very poor service. I placed an order at the self-service kiosk; the receipt didn’t print but my payment was deducted and the order number showed on screen. I waited over 30 minutes, then staff said my order wasn’t on their system. Even after showing proof of payment, they refused to give me the order and told me to come back another day. I left empty-handed. If the system isn’t working, it shouldn’t accept orders.

  Today I Decided to get Tuesday special for me and my family I ordered -two Tuesday specials - one supreme fries - one soft taco When I got home I noticed both Tuesday specials had only 10 fries. I contacted the store located at Albion and 27. The staff and manager was very rude and dismissive to my concern . I was told to come back and get a small fries I told them it’s too cold to come back out . I asked if they can take my name and number down and I will come back the next day . A employee said no and hang up the phone on me . I kept calling back more then once they refused to answer my calls and when they did they pretended like they can not hear me. Once I see my daughters phone and called they immediately answered the phone n once they hear my voice they again pretended that they can not hear me . I am very pissed at the lack of professionalism this location has shown me. This is not the first time I have encountered bad service at this location. I am not impressed at all . They don’t even have a customer service number anymore for you to make a complaint. Very distasteful.
