Very nice and clean place with good vibes! And for Lunch and the cashier was quite amazing explaining what specials they had and what would come in the order and verified each and every order properly- that was quite impressive as usually other KFC’s especially in Mississauga area don’t do that. The floors and tables and counters were all very clean. We got our order not long and was very fresh and lol gone in no time - again if I have to compare with the KFC’s in mississauga orders are messed up and definitely you can make it out that the chicken and fries were not fresh probably mad in Hugh batch and than re-fried so it comes out more hard BUT this place I had really enjoyed eating KFC after very long time! Great work guys 👌

I noticed another reviewer had suggested self order kiosks to cut down wait time… well they have them now and if you use them expect that you will be blamed when the order doesn’t get sent to the kitchen.
This happened yesterday night, in which me and two friends decided to grab a late night bite after we all finished working. Two self order machines were “working”, they went ahead of me, selected what they wanted and paid. The supposed manager saw them waiting at the pick up area and asked what they were waiting for. They said their orders. Fair enough if there was a problem with the system, but he was convinced that there wasn’t, since they had been working before. My friends showed their bank statements in which the reluctant crew finally accepted they had ordered yet still were condescending towards them when they told them what they had ordered. They had to constantly repeat their orders, in the midst of “are you sure that’s what you ordered??”.
Since I didn’t order on the machines when this happened, I waited at the cash to order. Everyone on the crew lacked any basic human greeting or acknowledgement. I had to hail one of them to say “well now I would like to order”. This would’ve been a basic reading of the situation in which one could understand two people came in and ordered, to which no fault of their own their orders that were paid for didn’t go through, and one person deciding not to pay through the machine that doesn’t send an order through, was waiting to order and pay at the front.
Better yet after we finally got our orders, and all sat to eat, we were then told dining was closed, something that should’ve been asked when we were ordering. We were treated with what could be described at the opposite of hospitality, straight up hostility. When we were going to leave I asked if there even was a manager on duty at that time, to be shocked to learn that it was who I was speaking to. He had thought they did their best, meaning it’s perfectly fine to be as difficult and cold mannered as possible, and lack any skills required to be serving diners.
