  Ordered 10 pcs. chicken, received the chicken cramped in bucket and skin falling off all the chicken plus dark color and can't tell what the pieces were they are badly made. Poor quality.

  I just grabbed a wrap from KFC and WOW absolute 5 star experience. From the first bite, it was perfectly balanced: warm, soft tortilla wrapped around crispy, juicy chicken with just the right crunch. The seasoning was bold but not overpowering, and every ingredient tasted fresh and flavorful. The sauce tied everything together beautifully, giving it that creamy, tangy kick that makes you immediately go back for another bite. It wasn’t messy, it wasn’t dry just straight-up satisfying comfort food done right. Honestly, it hit the spot better than I expected and completely made my day. If this is what they’re serving, I’ll be back for round two without hesitation.

  I went to this location to get their $5 go bucket. However, while at the drive-thru window I watched the cook make the food. She was itching her armpit and wiping her nose. I thought it was gross so I asked for a full refund. The manager was upset with me and told me never to come back instead of addressing the cook. This place is not hygienic at all.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this KFC today during lunch. The employee working would not allow me to split my payment, and after I had already paid, she refused to let me use my SPC card. What made it worse was her attitude, she was rude about it and didn’t apologize or try to help at all. Customer service matters, and this experience definitely missed the mark.
