Came to this location and was served by Manny, “the manager” (as he claimed he was), working on January 27th, 10pm. i ordered a buffalo chicken poutine, and was served by Manny. i asked manny over the speaker if the buffalo chicken poutine involved buffalo sauce being put on top of the gravy (meaning extra sauce). he said yes, and i proceeded to ask him if it was possible to put it only on the chicken, he said YES. after almost ten minutes of waiting in the drive thru, no apologies or thanking for waiting, he gave me my food, and pictured is what i received. disappointed, i went back to manny, and asked for a refund as there was no buffalo sauce on the chicken. he said you said no sauce on the fries, so i put no sauce on the chicken, as the buffalo sauce would be on the fries if he did so.. made no sense. instead of understanding his mistake, even though i clearly asked for it on the chicken only, he didn’t apologized, took my food and processed a refund of which i paid through card, but he was only able to give me cash (not right in my opinion. should be back on original method of payment). the service here is always slow, and always rude. i was on my break and ended up having nothing for dinner. disappointed in this service. as a manger, customer service should be your top priority, not arguing in what you think you heard. next time you should offer to correct my meal instead of trying to prove you’re right. do better harvey’s.
