    I had a very disappointing experience at your location due to repeated mistakes with my orders. This occurred in the evening of Jan 2, 2026. On my first order, I specifically asked for a brownie on the side before placing the rest of my order. The brownie was missing. When I called back, the staff member said the microphones were not working properly and claimed that customers are supposed to report missing items immediately. It was late at night, I was in a rush to get home, and being blamed for the mistake felt unfair and unprofessional. I ordered a brownie cupfection, but the ice cream was not even half-filled despite the large cup. I also ordered two chocolate sundaes, and both were already very melted by the time I received them. This was the worst experience I’ve had at your store

    Service and ice cream were great.. I just wished they had some indoor seating, but perhaps they've had some problems with that in the past. Overall it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

    Terrible the fact that no washroom i had to piss on the side of the building.... We did purchase ice cream.. I did not want to piss on the side of the building but i had no choice, i asked to use theri washroom.. And got the bull story it is broken,.... Terrible
