After repeatedly knocking on the locked door and being ignored (which we could see them through the window), we were told they were closed. After coming back to the car, we could see employees making themselves icecream from the machine directly after they said they were closed. We are extremely disappointed in the staff as it is not only wrong, but rude to ignore people who are trying to be paying customers. Is it normal to close 20 mins early and eat icecream while on the clock?
