Did not know what a Pecan Mudslide was. They should have a binder with all “secret” orders. Very disappointing. Parking was kind of hard to find as well

Unfortunately not good enough service. Jan 14th around 6pm the Indian girl she lied to me said washroom was not working. There is no reason to lie. Feel Shamed for her and the Dairy Queen hired such an employee.

I love this new location. I’ve bought cakes here a few times since December, and I was happy to find designs that aren’t so common or regular. Last Christmas, I bought a cake with a little Christmas tree topper, and it was so cute! The most recent one I purchased for an office gathering had a Tiffany blue–colored design, not the usual white cake. Very fun! The staff who helped me were nice. I just hope they can improve the parking situation. I’ll definitely be checking out more cake designs to bring to future gatherings.

I have been a loyal customer of this location and purchased 3–4 cakes over the summer that were absolutely beautiful—simple, elegant, and perfectly balanced. However, something has clearly changed recently, and the quality has significantly dropped.
I bought a snowflake cake this morning, and it was a total disaster. The design was messy, and the icing was piled on so thick it was overwhelming. It looks like they have a new designer who isn't up to the same standard. It’s disappointing to see a place I used to recommend go from great work to such poor quality. Until they improve their decorating standards or bring back their original cake artist, I’d suggest going to a different Dairy Queen for your custom cakes
