I’ve ordered blizzard as many times in my life and I have never had them so full it was such a mess. I had to ask for lids and the lids didn’t even close properly.

I walked into the store by myself at 10:37 pm, 23 mins before close and a young gentleman said that they’re closing early and that they normally close 30-25 mins early...in the summer? There was no one else in the store and they were not understaffed as I saw 3 employees talking, laughing and having a great time as they prepared to get an early night off. Please update your hours of operation so that customers are not mislead in the future - especially in the last nights of summer before fall. I would have drove and made it to the other location that provides excellent customer service and services their customers until the time they promote which is 11 pm.
