The Chinese lady with glasses gave me the wrong order of fries and when I asked her to correct it she started arguing with me and said that she would downgrade and give me small fries instead. I paid 10 dollars and in turn got yelled at by this lady. Horrible customer service. The customer is always right. While she was arguing with me, 3 customers in line walked away and went to Bourbon grill instead because of her bad attitude. She should be fired. Will never come here again!

Extremely stingy on vegetables even lettuce and tomatoes and wanted extra 50 cents to put jalapeños on grill with other vegetables. Cheese not even melted. Would not go back to this location.
