- RPRosemary PolsinelliFeb 17, 20265.0My sons and I have been going to Charley’s Steakery in the Woodbine Mall for about 10 years. The lady behind the counter is so very nice whenever we go. She takes the orders (online and in person) and does the cooking herself. She has multi tasking down to a tee. Unbelievably, she always remember no mushrooms, no mayo for my son’s order. Thank you, it’s such a treat when we come there for sandwiches.

The Chinese lady with glasses gave me the wrong order of fries and when I asked her to correct it she started arguing with me and said that she would downgrade and give me small fries instead. I paid 10 dollars and in turn got yelled at by this lady. Horrible customer service. The customer is always right. While she was arguing with me, 3 customers in line walked away and went to Bourbon grill instead because of her bad attitude. She should be fired. Will never come here again!
