  I am writing to share my concerns about a recent experience at this Burger King location. I believe the manager’s name is Jahnel. During my visit, I was disappointed by her behaviour and overall professionalism. At one point, she threw ketchup packets toward me, which I found inappropriate and disrespectful. She displayed a noticeable amount of attitude while interacting with customers. Additionally, I observed her handling her wig while working around food items such as fries, which raised concerns about hygiene and food safety. Throughout my visit, she appeared visibly unhappy and frequently raised her voice at others, including elderly and disabled customers. This created an uncomfortable environment for everyone in the restaurant. The service was also extremely slow, it took a long time for my order to be taken and even longer for the food to be served. I used to enjoy coming to this Burger King with my friends, but this experience has completely changed my perception of this location. A manager sets the tone for the entire establishment, and I would not expect someone in that position to behave in such an unprofessional manner. Unfortunately, this experience has discouraged me from returning. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works toward improving the service and atmosphere at this location. 0/10. I would not recommend visiting at this time.

  The service is horrible I wish I can give this place negative - 1 star review this place used to be amazing the guy that used to work here I can’t remember his name maybe Mike/christian but now they have this new girl and every time you make an order with her she does it with an attitude. She looks like she hates her job and does things like she doesn’t care and kisses her teeth and rolls her eyes. She said she is the manager and that is unbelievable because there is no way you can be so cruel and hate your job and be the manager instead of an associate of Burger King. You get paid double to do a shitty job and treat Burger King customers wrong with a nasty attitude. Horrible experience and this isn’t the first time. How unfortunate being that I love Burger King and the best associate left and I have not seen him since and now this new person came and should be fired from her job. If you hate your job and have a bad demeanour don’t work or find another job that you will like. This happened February Monday 16/2026 at 1:00pm

  I placed order on kiosk for a poutine and a small coke. People who gave their orders after me got their order before I was left waiting there. When I asked the lady at sandwich station about my order, she said its coming. I could see her and the lady taking orders in front( not sure if she is the manager) kept walking around looking for something. After 7 mins, the lady in front just gives me my refund in my hand and says sorry( very arrogantly by the way) we dont have poutine boxes. I was not asked If i would like to get something else. I was waiting there for more than 15 mins - no communication in the beginning at all and at the end she just says gives me money and says we dont have the box. This is not how you serve a customer who comes expecting food!! IF YOU APOLOGIZE AND SAY SORRY, please mean it. You are not doing a favor to your customer by saying sorry- it is completely their fault of not checking before and made me wait for 19-20mins and told me after. The least I could expect is them being genuinely apologetic and trying to fix their gaps and lack of communication. NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE. Bad management, bad customer service, bad attitudes!

  I’d give zero stars if I could. The manager and workers there were doing nothing while I was waiting for my order for 10 minutes and refuse to take any criticism for my service
