- DCD C4 days ago1.0I ordered the small chicken sandwich with fries that’s pictured on the display. She wasn’t very friendly. As she was cooking the sandwich I asked for the buffalo sauce to go on, as the picture clearly shows. She told me “NO! That is not what you ordered.” But I ordered exactly what was on the menu… There was literally no difference so I asked her to simply add the sauce to the chicken and she said it would cost more..? That makes no sense at all. And as she wouldn’t budge- I simply asked her to cancel my order and refund me. Extremely poor customer service. In a mall that is dying for business as it is always empty… I can’t imagine the logic behind preferring a dissatisfied customer and loss of money. Lazy employees I guess…

She takes the orders (online and in person) and does the cooking herself. She has multi tasking down to a tee. Unbelievably, she always remember no mushrooms, no mayo for my son’s order. Thank you, it’s such a treat when we come there for sandwiches.

The Chinese lady with glasses gave me the wrong order of fries and when I asked her to correct it she started arguing with me and said that she would downgrade and give me small fries instead. I paid 10 dollars and in turn got yelled at by this lady. Horrible customer service. The customer is always right. While she was arguing with me, 3 customers in line walked away and went to Bourbon grill instead because of her bad attitude. She should be fired. Will never come here again!
