  Management is a hot mess! Order arrived in 10 mins and was stone cold, Whopper, onion rings and mozzarella fries were as cold as my drink. . Whopper burger had onions and tomatoes that were sliced in large uneven chunks. Mozzarella fried were cold and stiff. Managers can barely provide the bare minimum. They should close and replaced with a worth business.

  The app is not practical. The place is understaffed with too little training. Eat elsewhere.

  This is my usual BK. Never had an issue until now. Rushing to finish an order makes mistakes. Received only half of my order and didn’t realize until later. Slow down.

  Was asked for more details so here goes: I came to this location back when they had renovations and ordered from the app I did not know they were renovating placed my order and my money was taken even though the restaurant was closed. Even though that happened i did return at a later date to try the restaurant again. And was still found disappointed comparing the junior whopper i got from this location, compared to the new one that came at the coscto plaza at rexdale and islington. The burgers were like night and day difference and made me not want to return ever again. Unless things have changed with the new changes you guys brought to all locations, i kinda still dont want to return to this location even if it is local for me. Ive tried the new changes at other locations and I love it but again Im not sure i can trust this poorly managed location. Unless u can convince me otherwise (I was able to find old pictures of the order)

  Not sure what I just experienced. I ordered on my phone at 4:16 a.m. got there and whoever was doing the drive thru tried to stop me before pulling up to the window, to maybe cheat the window time or w.e, idk but thats not something ive ever experienced, so I pulled up anyways and the dude definetley had an attitude with me for pulling up. I pulled away at 4:32 a.m. and decided to type this in the parking lot before leaving I was so stunned. New Edit* New Day* Ordered on mobile so it would be ready when I got there, I got to the drive thru 20 minutes after ordering and they told me once again not to drive up, so I told them I was just a mobile order, they then told me my order wasn't ready yet, so I complained saying I ordered it 20 minutes ago so it would be ready by the time I got there, so I just told them I wanted a refund, then magically all of a sudden my order was ready. They told me they were just waiting on fresh fries but then I received cold fries, I dont mind the cold fries.*Cold fries are definetley expected with me ordering 20 minutes earlier and have am not combining about cold fries specifically. Though dont say your waiting for fresh fries than continue to give the customer old, cold fries.(Once again I dont mind cold fries, I EXPECT IT when ordering ahead), its more about what was said the the actions that followed. ALSO if an order is Ordered on mobile for "NOW" The order should be made right away and not wait until to patron is at the drive thru, otherwise why bother pre ordering and/or prepaying? P.s. Burger King food is getting much better than recent years! Good Job with the food lately @Burger King as a whole!
