  I had a bad encounter with the manager at your store at woodbine center mall. She was so unhelpful, had a bad attitude to me. I asked her for an extra sauce for my chicken nuggets and she denied. I also asked her for something else and she pretended not to understand my English. I felt embarrassed so I stopped asking her questions and I replied to her “it’s ok” She gave me dirty looks. Her demeanour and approach to customers is unfriendly and cooky.

  I came here to buy a Whopper. Bought the burger, went home and was about to bite down into it, but something told me to inspect it, which I never do. Upon flipping the burger upside down I saw grey mold growing in the bun. I was in total shock and was gagging at the thought that I was about to consume this contaminated specimen. I threw the burger away in a heart beat. What a waste of $7.00+ dollars, smdh. Not only this, but the burger took over 10 minutes to be made even though it was only me with one other guy that had ordered at the time. Also, the new manager was made aware of this and started behaving in moody and rude manner as if I had done something wrong. SHEESH! Instead of conducting herself in a neutral and respectful manner she chose to give off attitude with her mean facial expression, body language and tone of voice.

  I am writing to share my concerns about a recent experience at this Burger King location. I believe the manager’s name is Jahnel. During my visit, I was disappointed by her behaviour and overall professionalism. At one point, she threw ketchup packets toward me, which I found inappropriate and disrespectful. She displayed a noticeable amount of attitude while interacting with customers. Additionally, I observed her handling her wig while working around food items such as fries, which raised concerns about hygiene and food safety. Throughout my visit, she appeared visibly unhappy and frequently raised her voice at others, including elderly and disabled customers. This created an uncomfortable environment for everyone in the restaurant. The service was also extremely slow, it took a long time for my order to be taken and even longer for the food to be served. I used to enjoy coming to this Burger King with my friends, but this experience has completely changed my perception of this location. A manager sets the tone for the entire establishment, and I would not expect someone in that position to behave in such an unprofessional manner. Unfortunately, this experience has discouraged me from returning. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works toward improving the service and atmosphere at this location. 0/10. I would not recommend visiting at this time.

  The service is horrible I wish I can give this place negative - 1 star review this place used to be amazing the guy that used to work here I can’t remember his name maybe Mike/christian but now they have this new girl and every time you make an order with her she does it with an attitude. She looks like she hates her job and does things like she doesn’t care and kisses her teeth and rolls her eyes. She said she is the manager and that is unbelievable because there is no way you can be so cruel and hate your job and be the manager instead of an associate of Burger King. You get paid double to do a shitty job and treat Burger King customers wrong with a nasty attitude. Horrible experience and this isn’t the first time. How unfortunate being that I love Burger King and the best associate left and I have not seen him since and now this new person came and should be fired from her job. If you hate your job and have a bad demeanour don’t work or find another job that you will like. This happened February Monday 16/2026 at 1:00pm
