  Why don't they cook the chicken any more. This is the third time that I have to take my order home and cook it. It seems like the cook is a vegetarian or hates the job and customers so much that they couldn't care less if they cause salmonella to take hold in the chicken. The chicken must be cooked at 350 degrees at least for the full time. It's in the Franchise training material. Why they ignore it, I don't know. I'm driving to Chelmsford next time and never going back to this one. After seeing the complaints and no replies, hopefully this store closes before too long. Just too bad about the good kids/people that work there that are suffering. Manager is always grumpy.

  This little rest isn't to be missed. The thoroughly cooked the chicken. What was most impressive was the good manners and friendliness of the staff. The young man made small talk with us and wished us safe travels. I wish I would have gotten his name

  Waited for half an hour for crispy crunch sandwich and a three-piece chicken Watch at least one person walk in order two three-piece chickens and walk out in about five minutes finally they got my order and apparently I ordered a combo with my crispy chicken sandwich which I didn’t then I had to wait for the manager to refund me. I’ve been in Espanola for about six years a little more the last time I went there I promised I wouldn’t go back and now I really promise I’ll never go back to that KFC.
