I’ve been in Espanola for about six years a little more the last time I went there I promised I wouldn’t go back and now I really promise I’ll never go back to that KFC.

When I entered the store and went to use the kiosk, the staff member said, “The kiosks aren’t working,” in a very dismissive tone. There was also no sign indicating the kiosks were out of service, so it felt like customers were being talked down to for not already knowing. I’m providing this feedback not to be harsh, but because experiences like this can make customers uncomfortable. Clear signage and more courteous communication would go a long way.

Such good workers! They are extremely nice and funny. There’s this worker that even remembers my order too well! KFC is a must go! 11/10! (I RECOMMEND GETTING 4 PIECE TENDERS WITH FRIES AND SMALL GRAVY)
