    I’ve never reviewed anything on Google but this Subway is ridiculous. I did give 3 stars on the food because if you get bacon, they pile it on which is awesome. But the service? Something is seriously wrong. I’ve never been to a subway that is so incredibly slow!! If you think you’ll stop in for a quick bite, forget it, hope you have at least half an hour to waste. At dinner time, the lineup goes around to the back of the store and moves at a snails pace. Today, I went next door to Quesada instead, was in and out with my food in less than 5 mins, their lineup hadn’t moved an inch. I would have been at least 20 minutes at subway, probably more. The issues I’ve noticed are that there’s only one person making the sandwiches for in person and online orders; and they prioritize online. So if you’re standing there staring at them making sandwiches, they won’t even acknowledge your existence until done with online orders. There’s usually one or two people wandering around, chatting in the back, not really doing much. There’s a person on cash just waiting for orders to be done. Do they help with toppings or making the sandwiches?! Of course not! There’s someone doing toppings but again, completely ignoring you while doing online orders, then putting the sauce right in the middle of the pile of toppings so that when they wrap it you end up with a mess of mayo on the paper and nothing in the sandwich. Like..really?!? Every customer looks annoyed, impatient, and hungry! I avoid this place now, go elsewhere, and tell the ones I care about to avoid it too. If I can make a suggestion: have one worked dedicated to just online orders while the others take care of the in store customers.

    I ordered online. I got a foot long sub and when I sat down to eat it at home it was basically missing all the vegetables. Tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, crispy onions, jalapenos, spinach. It was all there that I requested but so little i couldn't see it from the closed sandwich. I had to lift the ham from the bread to see what was there and it was literally 4 pieces of each. I even asked for "more" jalapenos..... 4 pieces was the total. Lost business from me.

    So I’ve been to this location a few times some of the staff are very nice and some are very rude. While writing this review, I looked at other people’s reviews, and you noticed that there is constantly same people reviewing This location, which makes me think that they are a part of the Subway management or the owners of it. Subway has really gone downhill with their prices, quality of food and the way they treat their front sandwich artists if the managers district managers and owners would treat them a lot better customers would come back for more
