  Ordered Curbside pick up today for breakfast cause I was getting food and figured I'd be parked anyhow. Was snowing and a bit cold. Took way to long (I suspect they ignored me for the drive thru customers) to the point I started waiting on my phone. Eventually a old lady came to my window with food, instead of saying something or knocking on my window she stood there staring at me, clearly upset, I rolled down the window, said sorry and grabbed the food. Old woman's aggressive stare continued, so did not say have a good day, or any kind of interaction, besides a silent pissed off stare as if her walking food out to my car was the end of the world. To this lady, you wouldn't be working at McDonald's in your 70s if you weren't the type of person you showed me today. Terrible service, from now on I'll just go through the drive thru with my morning food order.

  Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a coffee with one milk and one sugar at the drive-thru, and the employee repeated it back correctly. I confirmed it, yet I was still given a black coffee. I didn’t notice until I was already halfway home. This shows poor attention to detail and a lack of care in preparing orders. I expect better.

  I went through drive through at 7:30 am ordered a sausage with egg combo using their coupon on my phone. I was told that sandwich was not a part of the deal. No issues with paying full price. When I got to the next window I was handed my coffee and then asked to park. I asked why and was told they were waiting on eggs to cook. I reluctantly parked the car and waited over 8 mins before I went into the store to get my food. As I entered the store the employee was waiting on the other orders before she was bringing out all three. How is this acceptable to keep a customer waiting for almost 10 mins for a breakfast combo? I will not be returning to this McDonalds that I have frequented many times before

  Very slow service weekday 4 pm over 20 minutes in the drive thru after placing the order in advance online.
