  Best burgers in the world! Can't beat that flame broiled taste. I like that you can get frings (onion rings and fries) together. There frickles are so yummy and the milk shakes mmmmm ENJOY!!

  Walked in to grab an early dinner. It was 4:45. Was told they were not taking any orders for swiss chalet till 5 because they were too busy. Two people in front of me, one person in drive through and dining area was almost empty.

  I ordered online but when I arrived they told me they had to put my order in, and someone would call my name when it was ready. This was despite being able to select a pick up time online, which apparently means nothing. After that I waited a full half hour before finally confronting someone and finding out the food had been sitting in the mobile pickup box the whole time and no one had thought to check. They did give us freshly made food quickly at that point but they really need to work on their organization and customer service. There was someone else already complaining about having waited half an hour when I got there, which should have been a warning. Also, they gave us Harvey's fries instead of Swiss chalet fries. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but I wish I'd known they didn't serve the Swiss chalet ones as I prefer them.
